Tube flexClamp

This is our innovative tube clamp system for the tube fabrication industry. The new clamp features a light cast-alloy clamp body with unique built-in features for capture of 38mm* to 75mm tube (*smaller diameter tubes can easily be clamped with angle irons or other blocks)

• QUICK CLOSE RATCHET
The quick-closing ratchet feature allows for quick closing on the tube/pipe being held by the tube clamp. The ratchet includes a quick release lever for quickly pulling the clamp away from the tube when unloading.


• STABLE BASE
Our tube clamp uses a heavy base to hold heavy pipes in place securely.


• BALL and SOCKET JOINT
The ball and socket joint allows the clamp to be positioned in many positions to accommodate different tube shapes.


• TUBE CLAMP INSERT  
The tube clamp has a removable insert that will accommodate any size tubing from 0.070 inches (2mm) to 3.5 inches (88mm) diameter.


• SPRING LOADED THUMBSCREW CLAMP
This clamp allows for removal and rotation of the alloy clamp body for additional positioning of the clamp.


• HAMMERITE FINISH
The clamp uses a HAMMERITE finish. We can even create your clamp with custom colors.
