Our LogMeIn Rescue is a remote technical support service by phone, e-mail, or through direct connection to your computer remotely. We charge $87.50 for the first 30 minutes, then $2.92 per minute after. With this service, we can access your computer directly over the internet with your permission and resolve issues that you may be having when running our software.
For remote control connection:
The service allows us to diagnose and support your software from our remote location. It often happens the same day you place the order.
- We send you a link by e-mail or we can give you a PIN code and a web site to for login information.
- We can remotely access multiple computers simultaneously.
- We can chat with you while connected
- Remote access is granted only with your permission.
