Hardware keys control our software licenses. You can purchase a new hardware key to replace an older one. (Please see the Detailed Description tab for how we handle the hardware key exchange.)
About Replacing Keys
- We typically stock these keys for quick replacement. We can usually have a new hardware key delivered to your factory by the next morning after the day we receive the credit card order from your company.
- We ship the new key to your office using Fedex priority next day service.
- We ask for the original key in exchange. To purchase a new key at this price we ask that the original key be returned to our office no matter what condition it is in. This fee is based on our receiving the original key.
- Of course, you can always keep the original key. If you choose to keep the original, then we will charge for another license of whichever software license your key controls.
